We worked with Baldy to refresh their brand, build an SEO friendly website that would bring new customers to the resort, and create an overall online experience that would increase engagement by selling tickets, passes and snow school lessons online. We also created a site that would fulfill the needs of the local customers by integrating a web app that provides real-time weather updates, grooming reports and lift status. The site utilizes photos, videos and creative messaging to connect with the resort’s audience and let users feel the true Baldy experience.
Due to our location we knew our website was the first touchpoint for all new customers. We also knew that to grow, we needed a stronger, more focused online presence.
